Applications of Petroleum Sulfonate:

This product is an anionic surfactant prepared from specific crude oil fractions through sulfonation, neutralization and concentration. Its lipophilic structure includes linear alkyl benzene, branched alkyl benzene, and alkyl cycloalkyl benzene. It has good interfacial activity for naphthenic crude oil and can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to ultra Low. This product has excellent resistance to calcium and magnesium ions, and can be used in oil production blocks with formation water salinity of 500-30000mg/L. In addition, this product has good wetting reversal ability, anti-adsorption ability and moderate crude oil emulsification. It can greatly increase the recovery rate, and the water content of the produced fluid in the used block can be reduced from 98% to about 85%, and a good precipitation and oil increase effect has been achieved.
